Lead human resources and practice operations as Chief Operating Officer for an established, multi-office law firm. Partner directly with the Managing Partner. This senior business executive will oversee non-attorney administration across the firm. The focus includes recruiting, people management, employee relations, and operational effectiveness. The COO will strengthen processes, accountability, and organizational knowledge while supporting leadership succession.

Key Responsibilities

Lead HR, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives Oversee benefits strategy, renewals, brokers, and providers Establish scalable administrative procedures and accountability Evaluate staffing, resource allocation, workflows,



and efficiency Advise the Managing Partner on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

Progressive leadership experience in qualified services Strong HR, recruiting, employee relations, and people leadership background Success improving operations, workflows, and organizational processes Experience negotiating vendor and service-provider relationships Bachelor’s degree in a related field Bring executive judgment, operational leadership, and people expertise to guide a multi-office law firm’s continued development.
