The work also includes contracts, procurement, real estate, financing, privacy, compliance, and disputes. Success requires business acumen, sound judgment, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws degree Five to seven years of post-call legal experience Manitoba membership or eligibility for admission Corporate, commercial, contracts, governance, or related experience Robust research, drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Use practical legal advice, contract expertise, and sound judgment to support business objectives and organization-wide risk management.
