This role supports the business by managing and analyzing account-related activities that impact revenue, billing, and carrier relationships. The focus is on identifying discrepancies, resolving open items, and producing accurate reports that help teams make informed decisions. Working closely with operations, leadership, and client service teams, this role plays a key part in keeping account activity accurate, timely, and running smoothly. Manage HFC initiated $Activities that have a significant impact on revenue, accounts receivable, premium payables, and relationships with carriers and clients Create and distribute monthly open $Activity reports to unit leaders Partner with unit leaders and client service teams to resolve open Activities Assist HFC with advanced premium payments to Facility and other carriers Provide support to teams on accounting related inquiries, including invoicing and $Activity questions 2 to 5 years of experience in an analytical, billing, or account focused role, with hands on exposure to accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, or billing processes ~ Proven ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies,
