Job Summary

The Warehouse Order Picker supports accurate, timely movement of goods through warehouse distribution operations. This hands-on role involves order picking, heavy lifting, and using material-handling equipment to prepare shipments and keep inventory moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Pick and stage orders accurately, using an order picker and warehouse management system to confirm items and quantities.
- Load and unload goods for shipping and receiving, handling heavy items carefully and maintaining organized work areas.
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment as assigned, following safe operating procedures.
- Coordinate with warehouse colleagues to resolve order or equipment issues and keep work flowing. Your impact: accurate,

Experience

Required: Practical order-picking skills, safe heavy lifting, and the ability to load and unload goods while following warehouse procedures. Mechanical knowledge supports equipment checks and protected operation. Preferred: Warehouse experience, including warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, and familiarity with a warehouse management system. Experience operating an order picker, forklift, crane, clamp truck, or other heavy equipment is advantageous; construction experience can also be useful.

Pay: $17.60-$18.87 per hour
