Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Person to join our team in Innisfil, Ontario. In this role, you will assist customers with parts inquiries, provide accurate pricing and quotes, process orders, and support daily warehouse and inventory operations.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, basic parts or warehouse knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries and provide accurate parts information.
- Prepare quotes, communicate pricing, and process parts orders efficiently.
- Receive, unload, organize, and store parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete bin and stock adjustments.
- Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders as needed.
- Locate, pick, pack, and ship parts to customers and other branches.
- Support the Service Department by providing parts pricing and availability for work orders.
- Document shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions accurately.
- Operate warehouse and parts-handling equipment safely.
- Use computer systems to manage parts orders, inventory, and daily operations.
- Attend required training and follow established safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of parts, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Previous experience in a parts department or warehouse environment is an asset.
- Parts certification or Journeyperson Parts Certification is an asset.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
