About the Role

Mississauga Hyundai is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our customers and visitors. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing callers to the appropriate department or team member.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide a positive, helpful first impression of the dealership.
- Communicate with customers, callers, and team members in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner while minimizing hold times.
- Take accurate and detailed messages when calls cannot be transferred, including the caller’s name, phone number, time of call, and reason for calling, and promptly forward them to the appropriate person.
- Greet customers and visitors upon arrival, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Screen and direct incoming calls as requested by management.




- Maintain a professional appearance and keep the reception area and workstation clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Perform other administrative and reception-related duties as assigned by management.
