The Retail Store Supervisor supports daily store operations, leads the sales team, and helps deliver a welcoming, productive customer experience. This hands-on role combines retail sales, customer service, cashiering, and merchandising with team leadership and administrative responsibilities. The supervisor helps maintain store standards, meet sales goals, and keep operations organized.
Duties
* Assign sales workers to duties
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
* Authorize return of merchandise
* Establish work schedules
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Pay: $22.00 per hour
