Overview

The Manager leads day-to-day store operations, supports the team, and helps deliver a welcoming, well-organized customer experience. This role brings together retail sales, customer service, merchandising, and operational coordination to support store performance.

Duties

- Overseeing day to day operations of a Thrift Store.
- Working closely with and supporting volunteers
- Coordinate sales, merchandising, pricing, purchasing, and marketing activities to keep the store organized and responsive to customer needs.
- Oversee POS operations, cashiering, cash handling.
- Your impact: Consistent leadership helps volunteers work effectively and customers receive attentive service.

Skills

Required: Practical leadership, team management, communication, organization,



and time management skills support daily supervision and store operations. Comfort with sales, customer service, POS systems, cash handling, basic math, and administrative tasks helps maintain accurate transactions and records. Preferred: Retail management or Thrift Store experience, experience working with volunteers would be an asset, must be dependable, adaptable and able to work as part of a team.
