We're looking for an experienced Server/Bartender who shares our passion for hospitality and takes pride in their craft.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a confident, personable, and experienced hospitality professional who can move comfortably between the dining room and the bar.

The ideal candidate understands the balance between attentive service and a relaxed atmosphere, has a genuine interest in food and beverage, and knows how to create memorable experiences for guests.

This isn't simply about taking orders or making drinks. We're looking for someone who understands hospitality, anticipates guest needs, and contributes positively to the energy of the restaurant.

What You'll Do

- Deliver warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience.
- Confidently manage a dining section while maintaining high service standards.
- Prepare and execute classic and signature cocktails with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, and food pairings.
- Guide guests through our menus, making thoughtful recommendations and encouraging exploration.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient bar and service environment.
- Work collaboratively with culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Handle high-volume service while maintaining composure, efficiency,



and attention to detail.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and all food safety standards.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant, cocktail bar, or comparable hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in both serving and bartending is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with guests.
- Confidence in making recommendations and creating opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-first attitude, skilled presentation, and a strong work ethic.
- Genuine enthusiasm for food, beverage, and hospitality.
- Valid Ontario Smart Serve certification.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
