Project / Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior React Developer to complete the implementation of the standalone OPUS instance, incorporating user feedback and delivering required enhancements and functionality improvements. Design and configure IIS for the OPUS deployment, collaborating with Health Authority (HA) technicians to ensure secure and reliable access for non-HA users. Provide technical leadership, expertise, and strategic planning for the migration of OPUS to a current server infrastructure, including assessment of current architecture, identification of dependencies, risk analysis, capacity planning, security considerations, and development of a comprehensive migration roadmap.

Responsibilities / Deliverables:

The Sr. React Developer responsibilities/deliverables may include, but may not be limited to:

- Complete the implementation of the standalone OPUS instance, incorporating user feedback and delivering required enhancements and functionality improvements.
- Design and configure IIS for the OPUS deployment, collaborating with Health Authority technicians to ensure secure and reliable access for non-HA users.
- Design and implement automated API testing frameworks, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline to improve application quality, deployment reliability, and release efficiency.
- Evaluate and recommend architectural enhancements for OPUS to improve scalability, maintainability, performance, and adaptability to evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with the Reporting team to design, develop, and maintain integrations between OPUS and SSAS-based reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and ongoing supportability.
- Provide ongoing production support for OPUS, including troubleshooting application flaws,



performing root cause analysis, coordinating resolution with technical and business teams, implementing fixes, and ensuring system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver demonstrations of new OPUS features and enhancements to business stakeholders and end users, gathering feedback, validating requirements, supporting user adoption, and translating business needs into future product improvements.
- Provide technical leadership, expertise, and strategic planning for the migration of OPUS to a new server infrastructure.
- Lead and execute the OPUS server migration initiative.

Experience / Skills Requirements:

The Sr. React Developer should have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

1. Degree, Diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience in related field.

2. 10 – 15 years’ professional experience including 5-7 years in software development.

3. Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and supporting end-to-end enterprise solutions that align with using Microsoft technology stacks including , , , and .

4. Proven experience developing scalable full-stack applications using , , , and , with a focus on modern .

5. Advanced SQL Server proficiency with extensive experience in , , , , , , and .

6. Hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices, , , , , and .

7. Extensive experience designing, configuring, securing, and troubleshooting web hosting environments, with deep expertise in , , , , and .

8. Strong understanding of Power BI governance

9. Experience with Business analysis,
