We’re looking for a hands-on Spa Manager & Experienced Esthetician to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone who is as comfortable stepping into a treatment room as they are helping a team solve a problem.

About the role
You’ll work primarily at The Spa by Spa’logy in South Edmonton, with occasional support for our other locations: Woodbine House Skin & Wellness in Spruce Grove and The Esthetics Spot in south-central Edmonton.
This is a working manager position. Initially, approximately 50% of your time will be spent providing esthetics services and 50% on management and business development. As the business grows and revenue increases, there will be an opportunity to spend less time providing services and more time focused on management.
You’ll work closely with the owner and become a trusted partner in keeping the spas running smoothly, supporting the team and helping the business grow.
What you’ll do
- Provide professional esthetics services and deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Support, guide and motivate the spa team.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, scheduling and problem-solving.
- Help coordinate coverage when staff are sick or unavailable,
including stepping in to provide services when needed.
- Handle client questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Identify opportunities to increase service bookings, retail sales and client retention.
- Recommend services and products that are a good fit for each client.
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized and professional spa environment.
- Work with the owner on ideas and goals to strengthen and grow the business.
What we’re looking for
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience working as an esthetician.
- Strong esthetics skills and a genuine passion for the industry.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A sales-oriented mindset and confidence recommending services and retail products.
- A dependable, resourceful person who takes initiative and follows through.
- A team player who is willing to step in and help when needed.
- The ability to stay organized, solve problems and handle changing priorities.
- Flexible availability for shifts between Monday and Saturday.
- Willingness to occasionally support our Spruce Grove and other Edmonton locations.
Previous management or leadership experience is an asset. We’re also interested in experienced estheticians who are ready to grow into a leadership role and can demonstrate the initiative and people skills to succeed.
Schedule
This position offers approximately 35 hours per week, with two full days off and one half day off each week. Shifts may vary, so availability across Monday to Saturday is important.
