Motorsports Service Writer

We’re excited to announce that an opportunity has opened for a full-time Motorsports Service Writer. This role is best suited for a someone with motorsports background. We can't wait to hear from you!

Reporting directly to the Motorsports Supervisor, key responsibilities will include but not be limited to.​​

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assess service needs
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow
- Create work orders, prepare estimates, and provide service updates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Recommend additional services, parts, and accessories
- Maintain accurate customer and service records
- Follow dealership policies and procedures

Qualifications

- Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience preferred
- Experience with Lightspeed DMS is an asset
- Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides,



PWCs, outboard motors and boats
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales and upselling experience is an asset
