What does a building superintendent/maintenance do?
- Maintenance requests on residents’ units;
- Plumbing, small electrical, drywall patching, small carpentry;
- Unit inspections with management;
- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues;
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants;
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities;
- Assist in the setup of facilities for events or meetings.
Salary information: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (Salary is dependent on experience and performance).
Previous experience is required and we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: Ability on drywalling, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, carpentry.
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
