Job Title: Dental Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a professional and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent patient service, and supporting the administrative functions of the office. Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages promptly
- Verify insurance information and process patient billing accurately
- Maintain electronic records using Abeldent software
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental team

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with office phone systems and multitasking abilities

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Abeldent software
- Experience in a dental office
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
