Description

We currently have a vacancy for the position of Customer Service Representative in our Milton office.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be a combination of servicing existing customers as well as signing up current customers. The successful candidate must be willing to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm and thrive in a self-motivated environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of service experience in an insurance brokerage with a focus on personal lines
- Self-starter with the ability to meet retention goals
- RIBO License is mandatory




- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience with SIG XP and Compu-Quote an asset
