ABA Therapist / Instructor Therapist

Convergency Autism Services is currently seeking Part-Time ABA Therapists / Instructor Therapists to join our growing team in Mississauga and Brampton. In this role, you will provide both in-home and centre-based ABA therapy services to children and youth with autism while supporting them in achieving meaningful developmental goals.

Responsibilities

- Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism in both home and centre-based settings
- Implement behaviour intervention plans and skill-building programs
- Collect accurate session data and maintain clinical documentation
- Follow treatment plans developed by the clinical team
- Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioural, and daily living skills
- Assist with assessments and progress monitoring as required
- Travel to client homes and centre locations throughout Mississauga, Brampton, and surrounding areas




- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Director or Supervising Clinician

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or current enrollment in a related field (ABA, Psychology, ECE, CYW, Social Work, Behaviour Science, Education, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities is an asset
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, professional, and family-centred approach

Pay: $17.95-$18.50 per hour
