Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in nail artistry and body waxing, contribute to a welcoming salon workplace, and assist clients in achieving their beauty goals.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Provide body waxing services in accordance with sanitation standards and client preferences
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation following health regulations
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring a positive experience
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimize wait times and maximize client satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques,



and products in nail care and beauty industry

Qualifications

- Valid provincial licensing or certification as a Nail Technician required
- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, or similar treatments preferred
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures and sanitation protocols is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and courteously
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to perform retail sales through effective upselling techniques
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities
