On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Product Manager - Senior for a 4 month contract role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Product Manager - Senior - Job Description:
The role involves leading a critical project focused on digital transformation within the public sector. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in integrating recent digital services, ensuring alignment with government strategies and objectives.

Product Manager - Senior - Responsibilities:

- Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Define the product vision and ensure alignment with company strategy
- Identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas, and drive growth
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Work closely with engineering teams for quick time-to-market delivery
- Drive product launches and evaluate promotional plans
- Act as a product evangelist and represent the company to customers

Product Manager - Senior - Mandatory Skills:





- 5+ years of product management experience in IT or digital services
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean product development
- Skilled in building and maintaining a product roadmap
- Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Product Manager - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with OPS IT project and architectural governance
- Knowledge of OPS Digital, accessibility, and cybersecurity standards
- Prior experience in the public sector
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Teamwork-oriented approach

This is a 4 month contract position.
