Job Summary

The Clinic Manager coordinates daily clinic operations, supports staff, and maintains organized administrative processes. This role helps ensure colleagues can focus on delivering consistent, responsive care.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming setting.
- Lead, support, and coordinate team members to maintain effective day-to-day operations.
- Manage parent and client relationships, ensuring timely communication and a positive service experience.
- Conduct initial consultations and support new client onboarding.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and service-related matters professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate administrative activities, scheduling, and service delivery requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support consistent service quality.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
- Support staff development, team collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.




- Assist senior management with operational initiatives and organizational growth.

Experience

- Education: A completed postgraduate diploma or higher qualification in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Child Development, Behavioural Science, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in clinic operations, healthcare management, team leadership, or a related environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in client relations, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to management.
- Proficiency with office applications and digital management systems.

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
