Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of building components and systems
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and install components
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficient in building, tile laying, and construction painting
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Ability to plumb, caulk, and perform carpentry work
- Experience in flooring installation and restoration
- Welding skills for metal fabrication projects
