Objective:

Registered Physiotherapist works at Health Bound Health Network at Homecare division provides clinical care to various clients.

Qualifications:
 Master’s Diploma in Physiotherapy
 Registration with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario
 Excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work independently
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis
 The ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

Accountabilities:
 Perform clinical assessments, set goals and provide treatment plans for clients
 Initiate appropriate in-home treatment intervention based on clinical assessment
 Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
 Meet and or exceed productivity standards
 Administer and collect outcome measurement information
 Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
 Document and communicate care plan according to established guidelines and standards

Job Types: Permanent, Part time

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 per week

- COP registration (required)
