We are seeking an experienced Renovation Lead to oversee and execute on-site construction and renovation projects from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for high-quality carpentry, framing, drywall, and finishing work. Additionally, you will handle general handyman tasks and repairs for our RE/MAX service division. The ideal candidate is a versatile tradesperson with a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while representing our brand with professionalism. ​Key Responsibilities: ​Renovation & Construction: Perform comprehensive on-site construction tasks, including wood and metal framing, drywall installation and taping, trim work, baseboards, flooring installation (laminate, vinyl, tile, hardwood), and finish carpentry. ​Project Leadership: Lead on-site operations, ensure projects are completed on schedule, and maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship. ​Handyman Services: Execute general property maintenance, minor repairs, and handyman services for our RE/MAX service division (e.g., fixing doors, hardware installation, minor plumbing/electrical touch-ups, and painting). ​Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.



Protect client property during renovations. ​Communication: Coordinate effectively with project managers, RE/MAX real estate agents, and homeowners to ensure clear expectations and client satisfaction. ​Material Management: Estimate material needs, pick up supplies, and manage on-site inventory efficiently.

​Experience: Minimum of [3-5] years of proven experience in residential renovations, carpentry, or general construction. ​Trade Skills: Strong proficiency in framing, drywall, finishing, flooring, and carpentry. Broad knowledge of general handyman work. ​Tools: Must possess your own basic hand and power tools (specialty tools may be provided). ​Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a reliable truck or van capable of transporting tools and materials. ​Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, solid attention to detail, and top-notch customer service skills. Must be presentable and professional when interacting with clients and real estate agents. ​Physical Ability: Ability to lift [50+ lbs], stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor indoors and outdoors.

Pay: $22.00-$39.74 per hour
