Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our agile team at Truffles Catering in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to deliver exceptional culinary experiences, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and creativity.
Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble ingredients for various dishes.
- Assist in cooking and presentation of meals according to established recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in menu planning and development as required.
- Support the team during events by ensuring timely meal preparation.





Qualifications * Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
