Build meaningful connections across student journeys. As an Admissions Recruitment Advisor, you will support Oxford International Career Colleges-Vancouver recruitment activity and sales targets. Use career college recruitment experience, CRM tools, and strategic communication to develop the domestic student pipeline. Your work spans student appointments, campus tours, community relationships, applications, enrolments, and graduation support.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, texts,



and tours Develop domestic recruitment strategies and deliver recruitment targets Track student progress from application through graduation Represent Oxford International at fairs, schools, and community events Report leads, applications, conversions, and performance trends using HubSpot

Requirements:
At least three years' career college recruitment experience Established British Columbia relationships with community organizations Strategic, data-driven, versatile, and solution-oriented approach Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Bring recruitment expertise, student advising, outreach, and CRM capability to grow Oxford International's Vancouver student pipeline.
