The Vista Inn is dedicated to providing a welcoming and comfortable experience for every guest. We are seeking a friendly and professional Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. Responsibilities

- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, including verifying reservations, assigning rooms, and handling payment transactions.
- Audit: Auditing, balancing, and verifying daily revenue documentation. Balancing cash drawers, record errors, and reconcile receipts.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and accommodating special requests. Answering phones and assisting with reservation requests.
- Reservation Management: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications through our reservation system.
- Communication: Relay important information to guests about motel amenities, policies, and local attractions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and any issues that arise.
- Front Desk Operations: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized,



and well-stocked with necessary supplies.‍ General housekeeping tasks like washing, drying and folding laundry, and stocking housekeeping rooms for the morning.

Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, but not required. Previous experience working overnight shifts preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, reservation software, and basic office equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle and resolve guest issues or conflicts effectively.
- Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight.‍
