Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Folder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently folding and packaging materials in a warehouse environment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various machinery, including forklifts, to ensure smooth workflow and product quality.

Responsibilities

- Operate folding machines to produce high-quality folded products according to specifications.
- Operate Cylinder and Clamshell Die Cutting Machines to produce sheets to fold
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Package folded materials securely for storage or shipment, maintaining organization within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in basic maintenance of machinery and equipment as needed, reporting any issues promptly.

Requirements





- Previous experience operating a folding machine or a die cutter is required.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
- Experience in fabricating or machining processes is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move packages safely, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace.
