$25 to $35/hr + bonus. Full time, 40 to 44 hrs/week, Monday to Saturday, paid lunch breaks.

We want someone who takes pride in every wire, every panel and every client, and who wants to grow with us as we grow. We'll train you on our process, and you'll do real 12V work every day.

What You'll Do

- Install remote starters, anti-theft systems, immobilizers and GPS trackers
- Upgrade audio and video: radio replacements, speakers, screens, backup cameras and more
- Hardwire dash cams and install parking sensors
- Diagnose and troubleshoot 12V components and electrical issues
- Read wiring diagrams and use your multimeter to find the right wires the first time
- Program modules and interface with factory security and push to start systems
- Route, solder and secure every connection so it looks factory and never comes back
- Remove and reinstall dash panels and trim with care
- Test everything before handover and help with a friendly client walkthrough
- Do product demos for clients and help them understand what they're getting
- Keep your bay spotless as you go.

What We're Looking For

- At least 2 years of hands-on 12V / automotive electronic accessory installs on customer vehicles (must have)
- Confident reading wiring diagrams and using a multimeter. Solder and heat shrink, no shortcuts
- 310K Certificate of Qualification or equivalent (must have)
- Valid Ontario G2 or G licence and a clean driving record (you'll drive client vehicles between our two Pickering locations)
- Offers of employment are conditional on a satisfactory criminal record check, since this role involves driving and handling client vehicles
- Detail focused: you notice the loose wire or rattling panel before anyone else does
- Thrives in a fast paced environment: moves quick without ever sacrificing quality
- Strong multitasker who knows how to prioritize and still gets it all done by the deadline
- Communicates clearly with clients and teammates

Nice to Have: MECP or other 12V certification. Dealership accessory department experience. Tint, PPF or detailing experience. A passion for cars!
