What Does It Take?

- Jan 25 - Apr 30: minimum 15 hours/week, top performers will put in 25+ hours/week
- May 1 - Aug 31: minimum 30 hours/week, top performers will put in 40+ hours per week
- Weekend flexibility (weather dependent)
- A coachable mindset and the ability to take feedback and criticism effectively

- Full-time access to a vehicle and license
