Firefly Solar is one of Canada's largest residential solar sales
teams, with 175+ reps nationally. We're launching an online leads
program in the GTA: homeowners who found us online and asked to talk
about solar. No door knocking, no cold calls. We need closers to run
those appointments.

Who we're looking for

- Experienced solar closers. You've sat at kitchen tables and closed
residential solar. You'll be productive in your first week.
- Experienced HVAC salespeople. If you sell furnaces, heat pumps or AC
in the home, you already know the job: sit down with the homeowner,
present the system, handle financing, close in one visit. We'll teach
you solar. You bring the closing.

What you'll do

- Run in-home appointments with homeowners who requested a consultation.
- Present the system our design team builds for the home, and walk the
homeowner through savings and financing.
- Close on the first visit when it's right, and follow up when it isn't.
- Work the deal through to install with our operations team.

What you get

- $100,000 to $200,000 a year, full commission.
- A dedicated design team builds every system. You don't do design
work, you close.

process. HVAC reps get the same playbook our top solar closers use.

the first closers in are first in line to lead it.

What the job asks of you

- 1+ years of in-home sales in solar or HVAC, with numbers you can
tell us about.
- A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle. Appointments are
across the GTA.
- Evening and weekend appointments. That's when homeowners are home.
