Reporting to the Director of Care, the casual LPN covers shifts as needed and provides resident care alongside our care team.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments and procedures.
- Help develop and update resident care plans.
- Monitor residents and report changes in their condition.
- Keep accurate, timely documentation.
- Direct and support Health Care Aides.
- Provide palliative and end-of-life care with dignity.
- Complete incident reports and respond to emergencies.
- Follow infection control, safety and privacy requirements.
Conditions of Employment
- Explicit Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Check
- Completion of mandatory provincial health requirements
Pay: $30.00-$32.84 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- Licensed Practical Nurse Licence (required)
