Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their needs
- Provide detailed information about different strains, potency, and usage of cannabis products
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Experience in cash handling and cashiering
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Knowledge of Frenchify is a bonus
