What You’ll Do

- Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments to the highest IPC standards because our patients and team deserve nothing less.
- Maintain clear logs and follow all Alberta IPC protocols with care and consistency.
- Keep our sterilization area tidy, efficient, and well-stocked so the clinical team can stay focused on patient care.
- Help seat patients and prepare rooms to support the flow of the day with calm confidence.
- Support both hygiene and doctor sides when needed for room take-down
- Communicate openly,



collaborate with ease, and bring a positive presence to the team.
- Be someone we can count on, especially for Saturday and evening coverage.

What You Bring

- At least 1 year of dental sterilization experience.
- Excellent time management and the ability to stay grounded in a busy environment.
- Comfort with computers and digital processes.
- Strong communication and team-centered energy.
- A warm, dependable presence and a willingness to help wherever you’re needed.
- Additional languages are a lovely bonus but absolutely not required.
