Nova Scotia Health seeks a Pharmacist for a permanent full-time position within the Central Zone. Working under the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, you will deliver direct patient care through medication reconciliation, interdisciplinary rounds, education, and therapeutic knowledge. The role also supports student mentoring, drug information responses, and collaboration with clinical and pharmacy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure safe and effective drug therapy for patients
- Complete medication reconciliation and direct patient care activities
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary rounds




- Educate patients and mentor pharmacy students
- Contribute to quality improvement projects and research

Requirements:

- Graduate of a recognized School of Pharmacy
- Eligible for Nova Scotia Pharmacy Regulator registration
- Hospital residency or two years related hospital experience preferred
- Basic Life Support certification required
- Strong communication, teaching, and critical appraisal skills
