Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sales Recruiter ONIT Energy | Full-Time, Permanent $75,000–$95,000 per year, plus performance bonuses ONIT Energy is growing, and we're looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish)Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us find the people who will drive that growth. In this newly created role, you'll partner closely with Sales leadership to build out our Inside and Outside Sales teams, while also supporting hiring across Customer Service, IT, Finance, and Administration. This is a full-cycle recruiting role for someone who loves the thrill of finding great talent and matching them to the right opportunity. You'll own the process from sourcing through offer, and you'll play a key part in shaping the culture and performance of our sales organization as it scales. Design and execute recruiting strategies to meet ONIT Energy's hiring needs, with a primary focus on Sales Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels — job boards, social media, career fairs, and referrals Partner with Sales leadership (and other departments as needed) to understand hiring priorities and build talent pipelines Track and report on recruiting metrics to identify what's working and where to improve Support onboarding,



and training for new hires Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a sales-focused hiring background Comfort recruiting across a range of functions — experience in Customer Service, IT, Finance, or Administration is a solid asset Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through social media and other digital channels Familiarity with sales KPIs and using performance metrics as hiring criteria is a plus Strong interviewing skills across formats (phone, video, in-person) Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Working knowledge of ATS/CMS platforms Excellent written and oral skills in both English & Spanish This role offers a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses tied to successful hires, along with the opportunity to build recruiting strategy and process from the ground up.
