As a Patient Care Retail Sales Specialist, you will assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with personalized product recommendations. Your work will include mobility aids, compression therapy, orthopedic bracing, wound-care supplies, and home-health equipment. Clinical knowledge and retail service support secure daily-living solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess customer needs using clinically relevant questions
- Recommend medical supplies and mobility equipment
- Complete fittings and basic mobility-aid adjustments
- Educate customers about product use, care,



and maintenance
- Process payments and document customer interactions accurately

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education as a Personal Support Worker
- Clinical experience in patient care or mobility support
- Knowledge of infection prevention and PHIPA standards
- Strong communication, organization, and patient-focused skills
- Ability to stand and handle light equipment
