Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment safely to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using warehouse management systems and order picker tools
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety standards for heavy lifting and equipment operation
- Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying inventory accuracy and documenting movements in the warehouse system
- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including organizing stock and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks




- Support construction-related tasks when required, leveraging construction experience for specialized handling or setup

Skills

- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related logistics roles
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and other machinery
- Valid G license with forklift certification; experience operating cranes or heavy lifting equipment is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems for inventory control and order processing
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Experience with order picking using electronic or manual systems; familiarity with construction or industrial environments is a plus
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse procedures
