Join the Snow Clearing Team Member crew to help keep outdoor areas clear, safe, and accessible through changing winter conditions. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining equipment, using tools, and supporting seasonal property upkeep. Work alongside colleagues to respond to site needs and complete tasks carefully and efficiently.

Duties

- Clear snow from designated areas using appropriate equipment and hand or power tools.
- Operate snow blower / thrower when assigned and follow safe work practices around machinery and other team members.
- Perform / check routine maintenance on tools and equipment, and report issues that could affect safe or reliable operation.

Skills

Required: Practical mechanical knowledge,



secure use of hand and power tools, and the ability to perform maintenance and outdoor work reliably. Preferred: Excavator experience, construction experience, and familiarity with irrigation, gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance. Pay: $20.00 per hour
