Overview

We’re seeking energetic, customer-focused sales professionals to build business relationships and grow revenue. In this role, you’ll identify new opportunities, support existing accounts, and present solutions that meet customers’ needs. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across sales and marketing and contribute to a positive, service-oriented customer experience. This is a Global position and we need people from every country and city.

Duties

- Develop new business through outside sales, prospecting, referrals, and relationship building.
- Identify and qualify B2B sales opportunities, then guide prospects through the sales process.
- Present products and solutions, including technology sales offerings, and explain their value clearly.
- Conduct discovery conversations, prepare proposals, and use negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage customer relationships and ongoing needs through effective account management.
- Provide responsive customer service, address questions, and coordinate follow-up to support customer satisfaction.




- Partner with marketing to share market feedback and support outreach and business development efforts.
- Maintain accurate prospect and account records in Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management system.
- Review sales activity, customer feedback, and market information using robust analysis skills to identify opportunities and improve results.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, outside sales, business development, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Background in B2B sales; technical sales experience or experience selling technology solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach and a track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools; willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to organize sales activity, interpret information, and apply sound judgment
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working toward sales goals as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $36,300.00-$127,000.00 per year
