Our client is a well-established equipment dealership looking for a customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone with parts, retail, equipment or customer service experience who enjoys helping customers find the right products.

What You’ll Do

- Sell and process parts, accessories and related products
- Assist customers and Service Technicians with parts needs
- Process counter sales and parts orders accurately
- Receive, organize and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Assist with merchandise displays and inventory orders
- Complete parts-related reports and administrative tasks
- Work closely with other departments to support customer needs

What We’re Looking For

- High School diploma or equivalent experience




- Previous parts or retail experience preferred
- Basic data entry and computer skills
- Ability to learn parts catalogue software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
- Forklift certification is an asset
