Overview

The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes visitors, supports daily office operations, and helps ensure inquiries and administrative tasks are handled accurately. This role combines front desk coverage, customer service, phone support, and organized recordkeeping to create a smooth experience for visitors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

- Welcome visitors, respond to customer inquiries, and provide courteous customer support.
- Answer and route calls using multi-line phone systems, applying qualified phone etiquette.
- Complete data entry, typing, proofreading, filing, and other clerical tasks with care.
- Use computer skills and tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace to maintain records and support administrative work.

Qualifications

Required: Strong customer service, organizational, computer, typing, and data-entry skills support accurate front desk and clerical duties. Preferred: Office, administrative, or clerical experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, filing, proofreading, bookkeeping, and multi-line phone systems; and customer support, medical or dental office, or dental receptionist experience.

Pay: $15.90-$24.97 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
