The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Bar Manager to lead our bar operations. You’ll build a strong team, maintain consistent drink quality, and take ownership of inventory, costs, and bar sales while keeping the guest experience at the centre of every shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and coach bartenders on service, recipes, and presentation
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory, ordering, stock levels, and waste
- Achieve liquor cost and sales targets
- Support the management team with floor leadership and daily service
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and follow health, safety, and liquor requirements
- Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally




- Build a positive team culture with clear expectations and accountability

Qualifications

- At least two years of bar management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to stay organized and lead during busy service
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for hospitality and developing people
