Door-to-Door Marketing Representative – Book Free Painting Estimates

We paint houses in Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton. We have 100+ five-star reviews and more work than we can find through ads alone, so we're building a small door-to-door team to meet homeowners face to face.

Your job is simple: walk a neighbourhood we give you, knock, be friendly, and book free painting estimates. You don't sell anything and you never enter a home. Our estimators do the rest.

How the pay works

- $20/hr guaranteed, paid every two weeks. This is not commission-only.

- $20 for every qualified lead (a homeowner who gives you their name, address and phone and wants a quote).

- $35 instead of $20 when you book the estimate appointment right there at the door. You'll have the system on your phone to do it.

- Our reps average one lead an hour, so most are earning $40–$55/hr.

- Paid training, a script that works, branded gear, flyers and business cards.

- Shifts of 3–4 hours. Weekend days and weekday afternoons/evenings. Minimum 8 hours a week, more if you want it.

- Work directly with the owner and production manager.



A path into sales or crew lead if you want it.

What we need

- Driver's licence and a vehicle to get to neighbourhoods.

- Friendly, confident, happy outdoors and on your feet.

- Reliable. You show up when you say you will.

- Comfortable hearing "no" and staying polite.

- Door-to-door, canvassing, fundraising, retail or sales experience is a plus, not a must.
