What You’ll Do

- Greet customers and guide them through the repair process
- Provide status updates and coordinate with estimators and technicians
- Answer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Assist with appointment scheduling and administrative support

What You Bring

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, customer-focused approach
- Experience in a service or collision environment is an asset
