Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Duties

- Recruit, train, and oversee staff in all departments to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency are met.
- Manage daily operations including inventory management, personnel performance, payroll, and financial accounting.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize sales and manage expenses.
- Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, event coordinators and travel partners
- Foster a positive team environment through strong leadership and communication skills.
- Promoting and marketing the business, including developing ways to attract new clientele.
- Maintain the hotel's appearance by ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and bookings professionally.

Experience

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is required,

- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele however not a requirement.
- Robust budgeting skills with an understanding of financial management within a retail context.
- Demonstrate leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and food and beverage as well as back-of-house operations is an asset, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience

- Prior experience in guest services and front desk operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
