We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience and a strong understanding of all warehouse operations, including inventory management, cycle counting, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- · Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- · Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- · Perform shipping and receiving activities accurately and efficiently
- · Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- · Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies
- · Organize and maintain warehouse stock locations
- · Load and unload trucks safely
- · Ensure inventory transactions are properly entered into the system
- · Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- · Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations
Qualifications
- · Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
- · Strong knowledge of: Shipping and receiving, Inventory management, Cycle counting, Order picking and packing,
Warehouse documentation and procedures
- · Good proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- · Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- · Ability to lift and move materials as required
- · Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- · English proficiency required. French considered an asset.
Preferred
- Experience using Sage 300
- Forklift certification (asset)
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems
