Responsibilities:

- Coordinated daily construction activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to support timely project delivery.
- Assisted project managers with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring.
- Prepared and maintained construction schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Reviewed construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to support effective project coordination.
- Monitored project costs, purchase orders, invoices, material procurement, and change orders.
- Coordinated site inspections, quality control activities, and deficiency resolution.
- Supported compliance with construction safety requirements, building codes, permits, and project specifications.




- Communicated with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to resolve coordination issues.
- Tracked project milestones, identified potential delays, and escalated risks to project management.
- Coordinated project closeout activities, including final inspections, as-built drawings, warranties, and handover documentation.

Qualification:

Construction experience

Understanding of construction processes, site activities, and subcontractors

Project coordination

Tracking schedules, tasks, deadlines, and project progress

Documentation

Preparing reports, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Communication

Coordinating with clients, engineers, suppliers, contractors, and site supervisors

Budget and materials

Tracking costs, purchase orders, deliveries, and quantities

Software

Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and often MS Project, Procore, or Bluebeam

Safety knowledge

Understanding site safety procedures and Alberta OHS requirements

Job Types: Part-time, Full time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
