We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Kitchen Helper / General Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Awesome Hotpot & BBQ.

This is a general kitchen support position involving food preparation, dishwashing, cleaning, restocking, and assisting kitchen staff with daily operations.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, works well with others, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing ingredients.
- Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and food preparation tools.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, floors, storage areas, and equipment.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and kitchen materials as needed.
- Receive deliveries and assist with organizing and storing inventory.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and order assembly during busy periods.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures.
- Complete assigned opening and closing cleaning duties.
- Proactively assist other kitchen team members when assigned tasks are completed.
- Perform other general kitchen support duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications

- Previous kitchen, restaurant, or dishwashing experience is an asset, but not required.
- Reliable, punctual,



and hardworking.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Willing to perform a variety of kitchen support tasks.
- Able to stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding work.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
