Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Utilize strong analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Conduct accurate data entry of customer information, orders, and feedback into our systems with attention to detail.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue.
- Support bilingual customers by providing services in English and Spanish, demonstrating excellent language proficiency.




- Follow proper phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for all callers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service roles with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform data entry efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- Multilingual skills, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly preferred.
- Strong analysis skills to understand customer needs quickly and effectively.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques to promote products or services confidently.
- Exceptional phone etiquette with a positive attitude and active listening skills.
