Travel to Voisey's Bay or Long Harbour is required. This permanent Monday-to-Friday role supports the People & Community Department. You will partner with business leaders, translate business needs into HR strategies, and facilitate organizational change. The position covers attendance management, investigations, labour legislation, and employee relations. Oversee the VBM NL Attendance Management Program Advise leaders on attendance, human rights, and disability management Serve as the HR contact for a designated client group Post-secondary education in a related field Advanced MS Office and HR systems proficiency Apply HR strategy, employee relations, attendance management, and labour knowledge as Vale Base Metals' trusted business partner.
