NuFrame Concrete is looking for an experienced Concrete Formwork Foreman to lead daily site operations and support our crews. This role requires strong formwork knowledge, practical leadership and a proactive approach to planning and coordination.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who keeps work organized, communicates clearly and helps the team work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate daily concrete formwork activities, providing clear direction and support to the crew.
- Apply experience with various formwork systems to guide installation, troubleshoot issues and maintain quality.
- Plan upcoming work and proactively arrange material and equipment orders.
- Coordinate deliveries, concrete pumps and other trades to maintain proper site sequencing.
- Work collaboratively with general contractors and other trades to improve site efficiency and resolve issues.
- Perform and oversee layout, ensuring accuracy before work proceeds.
- Use digital tools to track deficiencies, maintain site records and communicate with the project team.
- Motivate the crew and step in to assist with tasks when support is needed.
- Follow and reinforce site safety requirements and safe work practices.
- Adopt NuFrame Concrete’s structure,



systems and methods to support consistent results across the team.

Experience and Qualifications

- Strong experience in concrete formwork, including managing crews and coordinating site activities.
- Practical knowledge of various formwork systems.
- Strong layout experience. Total station experience is an asset.
- Ability to plan ahead, manage changing priorities and maintain site sequencing.
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach to working with crews, general contractors and other trades.
- A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to support the crew.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as Procore, Salus, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn and follow NuFrame Concrete’s processes and methods.

Work Schedule

This role requires daily on-site attendance. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Longer days may be required due to concrete pump setup, pour rates, placing delays or project schedules. Occasional Saturday work may also be required.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
